The Villa on Maria's Beach Rental Rates and Terms

On-Season (November 1 - April 30)

Main & Guest Villas, 11-14 guests, $1,275/night $7,000/week

3 night minimum stay

Off-Season (May 1 - October 31)

Main Villa, up to 11-14 guests, $975/night $5,800/week

Holday Season (December 17 - January 10)

Main & Guest Villas up to 15 guests, $7,800/week

Off Season May 1 - Oct 30

Base rate for 1-2 guests is $199, add $100 per person per night.  Guest Villa available for smaller groups with rental of main villa for $175/night.

High Season Oct 30 - Apr 30

Base rate for 1-2 guests is $250, add $100 per person per night.  Guest Villa available for smaller groups with rental of main villa for $175/night.

Owner occupies the Guest Villa when not booked with Main Villa

Owner/Caretaker maintains an office in the 3 car garage & is on premises daily 8:30 am - 7:00 pm !!!

Deposits
We require a minimum of $500 security deposit ( $1,000 for events) to secure your reservation and 50% of balance due within 90 days and expect the balance (including deposits) 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation
If ninety or more days notice is received, 10% of the rental shall be retained. If there is less than 90 days notice 20% of the rental shall be retained ONLY if the unit is subsequently rented, If we cannot rent the unit, we shall retain 100% of the monies collected.

Written notice must be received by owners or by certified return receipt mail.
